The authors describe a case of Lyme disease--neuroborreliosis. In
neuroborreliosis, there are morphohistological changes: pronounced dystrophic
processes in the brain nerve cells, spongiosis, perivascular hemorrhagic
infiltrations, glial proliferation with the formation of perivascular glial
granulomas.
